  • Exclusive Hertz “Meet & Greet” rental service when traveling to any Timbers Resorts property. With Hertz “Meet & Greet” service your car is waiting with an attendant outside baggage claim. Simply walk outside, meet the attendant with your car and you are on your way. How To Set Up your Hertz #1 Club Gold account:
Hertz #1 Club Gold® status is complimentary for all Members of Timbers Collection. If you already have Hertz #1 Club Gold® status, we encourage you to go into your account and add the Timbers Collection CDP#. If you are an existing Gold Member you may choose to use your other CDP# if it offers a broader range of benefits; however we encourage you to us the Timbers Collection codes when traveling to and from your Timbers Resorts residence.

To register for Hertz #1 Club Gold® follow the instructions below:

  • Enroll Now (this will open an new window on your browser, so you will still have access to these instructions).
  • Fill in the following information and then click submit:
    • COMPANY NAME:       Timbers Collection
    • CORPORATE CDP#:    1813626
    • PIN CODE:                bapgold
  • In the next screen, click join. Note the $60 membership fee is waived.
  • Follow the simple six-step registration process.  Please note the required items to complete the registration process.


Rental Instructions:
Once enrolled for Hertz #1 Club Gold® you may easily book your rental cars online or by calling Hertz directly.

Online
Login using your Gold number and password, enter the below codes where necessary.

On the phone
Call 877.876.7722 and mention the below booking codes.

  • Timbers Collection Corporate Code (CDP#): 1813626

In addition to the up to 20% discount you'll receive by using the above code, receive the “Meet and Greet” service when booking a car rental for a Timbers Resorts location, use the following codes:

  • Promotion Code (PC#): 124320

Participating locations for the "Meet and Greet" service include Napa County Airport, Scottsdale Municipal Airport, Aspen-Pitkin County Airport, Garfield County Regional Airport (plane side service for private jet), Eagle Regional Airport, Grand Junction Regional Airport, Yampa Valley Airport (Hayden - Public and FBO), Palomar Airport (plane side service for private jet), Cyril E King Airport (plane side service for private jet), Florence Airport - Amerigo Vespucci  (plane side service for private jet), and Siena Airport  (plane side service for private jet). * Some restrictions apply.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

  • First Rental Procedure and Activation of Gold Service:
    • Make sure to provide your Gold number when making all your Hertz reservations.
    • Your New Gold membership will be activated after your first rental.
    • For New Gold memberships, the first time you rent a car, you will need to go to the Gold Customer Service counter upon rental pick-up and provide your driver's license and the credit card you have on your #1 Club profile as your first form of payment. Additional checks may be performed.
    • The paperwork for the first Gold rental will be the same as for a non-Gold rental.
    • To access Hertz membership advantages, visit www.hertz.com and login.  You will be asked for your Member Number (this is your Hertz #1 Club Gold number) and your new password. Please send any other questions or comments to gold_service@hertz.com.
