The Villas at Rancho Valencia 2012 Renovation

We are thrilled about the planned enhancements for Rancho Valencia Resort & Spa in 2012. The property renovation led by owners Jeff and Hal Jacobs, hospitality expert Doug Carlson, and San Diego real estate developer Jeffrey Essakow will enrich the time spent at Rancho Valencia for years to come.

The renovations will begin in early January 2012 and are slated to be complete in Summer 2012. While keeping the resort’s signature Spanish Hacienda charm, the enhancements will include a new yoga pavilion and Pilates studio, as well as expanded workout facilities. A re-envisioned resort clubhouse, restaurant, a new brasserie and bar restaurant in La Sala, event space, and guest casitas will also be a part of the makeover, once again keeping with the Spanish Hacienda charm. During the remodel the tennis facilities will be open and limited fitness classes will be offered; however the remainder of the resort will be closed.

As Timbers Reciprocity Program promises to deliver an unparalleled experience at each destination within the portfolio, weeks that fall during the renovation period, January – July 2012, will not be available for trade.
